OpenZoom SDK Flex and/or Flash!
Hi,
I am new to flash/flex and just started playing with OpenZoom. The OpenZoom SDK has flash components as well as flex components. I was just wondering if flash and flex components can be used interchangeabily? Also when to use what? For example when to use the flash version of MultiScaleImage and when to use the flex version of MultiScaleImage component.
Please correct me if I am totally messing up the things.

Inappropriate?Kamlesh,
If you're new to both Flash & Flex, the simple answer is: If you're using Flex Builder (a.k.a. Flash Builder) and using MXML, the XML UI description language, then use the components in the org.openzoom.flex.components.* package and if you're working with ActionScript projects or in Flash CS3/CS4 only, e.g. without the mx.* stuff, then use the components in the org.openzoom.flash.components.* package.
Does this make sense?
Cheers,
Daniel
P.S. Please have a look at the OpenZoom SDK examples folder. There are over a dozen of useful examples, for all three kinds of development styles: ActionScript, Flash & Flex.
