Inappropriate?I think for most people only the title is clear;) Your grammar is poor, for people that don't know French that well (like me).
What I could make of it:
- You're new to flex
- You want to use it to develop something for your studies finalwork
In this project you want to:
- to load a map (of a city) in 5.000x5.000px
- after (after loading?) you want to move around and zoom into the map
- you'd like to retrieve the coördinates
I'm sure Daniel can do a better job at answering you're questions. But to me it seems like the best thing would be to:
- read openzoom.org
- come back after that, and ask some specific questions, in english. Or well formed french, so it can be translated... -
Inappropriate?asterix00166,
I was able to read your question but I won't dare to answer in French – it would be just too embarassing :)
Well, first I you have to create an image pyramid from your 5000x5000px map for example using Deep Zoom Composer on Windows or the Python Deep Zoom Tools on all other platforms.
Then I'd suggest you to grab a copy of the code in the OpenZoom source code repository and start with the Flex MultiScaleImage component from the OpenZoom SDK.
You can do all the work with viewport and scene coordinates through the IViewport interface.
If you have any further questions, please ask.

yes that's right .
i found a lot of library but all this use google-map or yahoo-map , for me i want to use my own map ( an image file 5000*5000 pixel high resolution ),
tnx for asking my questions and ( also translate it ) i need just a tutoriels or soeme exampls-project like what i m searching for. -
Inappropriate?asterix00166,
The best way to get started is to check out the project from the OpenZoom source code repository. If you're new to Subversion, I've compiled a list of tools and tutorials to get people started:
http://getsatisfaction.com/openzoom/t...
Once you have the source, I suggest you have a look at one of the many ActionScript, Flash CS3/CS4 or Flex sample projects in the OpenZoom SDK

Inappropriate?Daniel, I'm very embarrassed to be asking this, but as a newbie I'll just have to swallow my pride. I have tried following the steps to get the SDK into Eclipse so that I can start experimenting with the MSI component, but I'm going around in circles. I have downloaded the SDK, and done the Linked Resource step, but I can't seem to put an MSI in my project. Can you point me in the right direction.
Many thanks,
Huw. -
Inappropriate?Huw,
If you're still having troubles with the setup, please zip your test project and post a link for download. I'll have a look at it. I want to learn about the obstacles people are facing to make the setup easier in the future.
Cheers,
Daniel

Inappropriate?Daniel,
Just sent reply by proper email - and my network access has also improved. I had the wrong version of the Flex SDK installed - I was only on 3.2. I think everything is OK now.
Regards,
Huw.
