TMS Tile Addressing Bug

Hello Daniel,

I just tried to use tiles with openzoom which I created with MapTiler. MapTiler cuts tiles according to TMS spec. I found a option from you to switch the origin of the map from TopLeft to BottomLeft. But this works not perfect, because I got shadows... I found the bug in the calculation of the tiles in ImagePyramidLevel.as at line 140. The code must be something like this computedRow = numRows - (row + 1)
